She was predeceased by: her daughters, Terri Lynn Armstrong Thomas and Stacy Sue Armstrong Bozeman; her father Carl M. Provorse; her siblings, Neil Provorse, Cecil Provorse, Estel Provorse and Mary Howard; her sister-in-law Harriet Provorse; and her mother Margaret K. Hart Provorse.
She is survived by: her sisters, Maxine Plunkett and Venna Morrison (Richard); her grandchildren, Ariel Slavin (Kevin) and Thomas Bozeman; and her great grandchildren, Kayson Slavin and Killian Slavin.
