He was predeceased by: his parents, Obie Leslie and Bettha Hattie Key Curtis. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Curtis of Nashville, TN and Chris Curtis of Gu-Win, AL. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild and 4 Brothers.
