He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Beaty and Nina Gould Beaty; and his siblings, Gary Beaty, Marietta, Sharon, Nina and Mairlyn Beaty.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Beaty; his daughters, Kim Sandlin (Randy) and Danete Compton (Tommy); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Nathan, Kymber, David and Leeanna; and his siblings, Patricia, Billy, Reba, Melinda, Tommy and Terry. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.

“I have so many fond memories of David and the Beaty family when they lived in Beebe. They were also our neighbors for awhile. David was an outstanding Pastor and Barbara and the girls were always close friends. I am so sorry to hear of David's passing, my heart goes out to all of you. When you start feeling low just think about Heaven and you all have the promise of seeing him again. Please know that we are praying for the peace and comfort that only God can give.
