She was predeceased by: her parents, Farris Bozeman and Katie Todd Bozeman; and her husband Roy C. Benton. She is survived by: her son John Benton of Gadsden, AL; and her sister Betty Sue Cantrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family request Memorials be made to St Judes Children's Hospital.
