She was predeceased by: her former husband Billy Thurman Pendergrass; her son David Pendergrass; her daughter-in-law Evelyn Pendergrass; her brother Donnie Cook; and her parents, Jesse Cook and Careen Cook.

She is survived by: her husband Harvey John Ingram; her sons, Jerry Pendergrass (Ann), Bobby Pendergrass (Gale) and Phillip Pendergrass (Belinda); and her sister Ruby Jo Frasier. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
