She was predeceased by: her husband John Lee Calhoun; and her siblings, Condy Smith, Nathan Smith, Wesley Smith and Lula Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie, Mary Lynn, Deacon Pervis Calhoun (Emmie Jean) and Sis; her sisters, Melvadean, Mobile and Bertha Howze of Waterloo, Iowa; her grandchildren, Sylvia Daffin, Tywanya Law-Lytton, Maurice Calhoun of Jackson and Min; her great grandchildren, Tal, LaTreasure, Jalen, Torrence, Tiara, Shantera, Jalexia, Earlisha, Braxton and Bryceton; her siblings-in-law, Annie Parham, Carolina, Mattie Calhoun of Detroit, Collin Calhoun (Delois) of Grove Hill and Hollious Calhoun (Claudine) of Ozark; and her niece Dorothy Robinson of Grove Hill. She is also survived by six great-great-granchild; nieces and nephews.
