With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Hickson of Grove Hill, Alabama, who passed away on April 25, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Furman F. Hickson and Eleanor Harrison Hickson. She is survived by: her brother Charles Hickson (Nell); her nieces and nephews, Sam Wimberley, Jr., Angie Hoven (Mike) and Chris Wimberley (Sabrina); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Colby Wimberley, Ansley Brayars (Beau), Garrett Hoven (Brii), McInnis (Bryce) of Montana and Landon Christian; and also Aubrey Kate Bryars.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity or the Alzheimer's or Parkinson's research foundations.
