Myrtle Corwren Willoughby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Corwren Willoughby of Grove Hill, Alabama, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert and Annie Beck (McDonald) of Bolen Town; her husband Jack T. Willoughby; her siblings, Ernestine Thomas, Beck and Mattie Mae Jackson; her brother-in-law Ernest Coleman; her son-in-law Butch Lankford; and her friend Paula Pugh.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon W. Lankford, Will Harrell (Summer), LaSha Harrell Nelson (Brandon), Tonya W. Roberts (Randall) and Corwren Dunnam; her friend Jeff Overstreet; her great grandchildren, Laken Nix, Jakob Harrell, Kris Harrell, Canaan Dunnam and Sawyer Harrell; her great great grandchildren, Stetson Rotch and Kohen Harrell; and her sister Melrose Coleman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Antioch Baptist Church (10171 US-43, Grove Hill, AL 36451). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
