He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wiggins and Nettie Downey Wiggins; and his wife Virginia Gibson Wiggins. He is survived by: his son Michael D. Wiggins; and his daughter-in-law Linda B. Wiggins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grove Hill Cemetery (295 S Jackson St, Grove Hill, AL 36451).
