He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Henri and Ruby Criswell Powell; his wife Judy Payne Powell; his daughter Kate Jordan; his son-in-law Allen Jordan; his grandchildren, Charles Jordan (Tabitha), Sally Margaret Jordan and Olivia Harris Jordan; his great grandchildren, Lily and Sarah Jordan; and his brothers, Jimmy Powell (Dot), Mike Powell (Debbie) and Dennis Powell (Marsha).
