He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Dunagan Alford; his son Johnny Ray; and his parents, Rufus Alford and Ollie Mae Alford Dews. He is survived by: his children, Deanby Overton, Kimberly Alford, Johnathan Alford, Randall Dunagan and Nicholas Alford; and his siblings, George Alford, Harold Alford, Buster Alford and Glenda Alford. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
