He is survived by: his wife Donnie Hickman; his daughters, Cathy Cooke, Stacy Hickman and Donna Sue Ward; his grandchildren, Jesse Cooke (Crystal), Rob Cooke (Chelsea Brown), Randi Ward, Adam Cooke, Riley Ward and Libby Lang; his great grandchildren, Lizzie Dunagan and Millie Dunagan; and his mother-in-law Allie V. Odom. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
