She was predeceased by: her son Mark Anthony Hoven; her parents, Willie E. and Sadie Lee Sheffield; and her siblings, Willie B. Sheffield, Ralph Sheffield, Henry Lee Sheffield, Grady Sheffield, Alda Ray Woolfolk and Kathryn Sessions.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Delano Hoven; her sons, Barry Lee Hoven (Julie Welch) and Craig Allen Hoven (Brandy Powell); her siblings, Larry Gene Sheffield, Ray Sheffield and Nell Smith; and her grandchildren, Lane Hoven, Madison Hoven and Tanner Hoven.
