He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Jay and Mayola Duncan; and his siblings, Velma Duncan, Ima Mae Duncan, Fannie Lee Sexton and Herman Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Glaydis Maddox Duncan; his children, Don Duncan (Kim) and Shelia Cassidy (Jim); his grandchildren, Bryan Parker (Katy), Jason Duncan (Mallory), Luther Shrader (Laken), Shirley Campbell (Stephen) and Stephanie George; his great grandchildren, Sybil, Jeb Parker, Daniel, Hunter, Hayden, Jack Duncan, Emy Shrader, Abby Cajen, Alex, Olivia, Henry Campbell and Jordan Lee; and his great great grandchild Korbyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
