He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ervin Boutwell and Gloria Stinson Boutwell; his brother-in-law Robert Sirmon; his sister Bonnie Sirmon; and his sister-in-law Lori Boswell.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Boutwell; his brother-in-law James Boggan; his sister Janis Boggan; his daughter Mollie Phillips; his sons-in-law, Avery Phillips and Dylan Tyler; his son Nick Russell; his daughter-in-law Tori Russell; and his grandchildren, Charleigh, Carson and Caden.
