He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clark and Kathleen Clark. He is survived by: his wife Linda Brooks; his children, Tim Jr., Melyssa and Chris; his brother Terry; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Ian, Carson and Grayson. He is also survived by his ex-wife.
