He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie E. Parmer (Bill) and Alma Craig Parmer; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his wife Glinda Mullins Parmer; his daughters, Beth Parmer and Anna Parmer Robertson (Eddie); his grandsons, Will Robertson, Jack Robertson and Sam Robertson; his sisters, Ruby Parmer, Irene Parmer Cumbie, Mary Parmer Head and Frances Parmer Gardner; and his sister-in-law Allannah Mullins Tindal (David). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
