She was predeceased by: her parents, Irby Phelps and Ursie Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Earnest Mobley; her children, Steve Mobley (Cindy), Connie McDuffie, Patsy Jordan (Jeff) and Jeff Mobley (Stacey); and her sister Lillian Bell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
