She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Heartsill; her son Chuck Heartsill; her parents, William McGough and Susan Daniel McGough; and her brothers, Guy McGough and Joe McGough.
She is survived by: her son Rick; her grandsons, Raymond, William, Wesley and Vic; and her stepgrandson Chris Yates. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many good friends.
Respecting the wishes of the deceased, in lieu of flowers or memorials, the family suggest you do an act of kindness for a needy or homebound person in memory of "Mrs. Polly.".
