It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jane Lowe of Greenville, Alabama, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Julius Lowe; her parents, Bobby Parmer and Barbara Parmer; and her brother-in-law Billy Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lowe (Becky) and Bobbie Lowe (Wade); her brother Eddie Parmer (Marion); her niece Jennifer Parmer (George); her siblings-in-law, Randy Lowe and Barbara Lowe; her nephews, Jason Lowe and James Lowe; and her pet Penny. She is also survived by 8 loving grandchildren, 1 great niece and 2 great nephews.
