She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Max Mullins and Olean Cone Mullins; and her grandparents, Maude Head Mullins, Rev. Ralph Z. Mullins, Ina Herron Cone and Cleve E. Cone.
She is survived by: her husband William O. Rogers (Bill); her children, Joi Jernigan (Fred) and Jeffery W. Rogers (Laura); her grandchildren, Joshua Cannon, Mary Susan Downey (Easton), Elisabeth Cannon, Katherine Rogers and Jessica Rogers; her great grandchildren, Elijah and Wyatt Downey; her grandmother Ellen Mullins Bopp (Chuck); her brother Bradley Mullins (Laura); her friend Jerre Turner (Harold); and her caregiver Maxine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
