She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Boutwell and Teresa Boutwell; her husband Ronald Whittle; her granddaughter Amber Raines; and her siblings, Debra Scruggs, Stella Cobb, Emmie Lynch and David Boutwell.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Whittle (Hope), Stacy Raines (Brent), Kelly Perdue (Andrew), Sammy Whittle (Cece) and Tiffany Lynch; and her brother Mickey Boutwell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and number of nieces and nephews.
