He is survived by: his wife Catherine M. Holder; his sons, Danny Holder (Michelle) and David Holder (Dakota); his grandchildren, J. D. Holder and Michaela Holder; and his sisters, Rebecca Benger (Bill), Rhea Holder and Gloria Holder. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
