She was predeceased by: her husband Troy Allen; and her grandmother Olean Wingard. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Necole Owens and Rachel Aylissa Owens; her parents, Sheila Jr and Edward Mims Jr.; her siblings, Desmond Wingard, Tray Mims (Lynn) and Tonya Kimball (Jeffrey); her grandparents, Clarence Smith, Lucille Smith and Carl Wingard; and also, Jerry Wingard and Karen Wingard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
