He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clifton and Nannie Godwin Kelley; his siblings, Margaret Louise Kelley, Robert E. Kelley, William F. Kelley and Joseph Kelley; and his granddaughter Caroline Kelley.
He is survived by: his brother George C. Kelley; and his children, John H. Kelley, Jr. (Debbie) of Hurley, MS and Kaye M. Reed (Bob) of Virginia Beach, VA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
