It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Lee (Greenville, Alabama), who passed away on March 18, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leon Lee; her children, John W. Wood (Diane), Katrina Owens Scruggs (Jimmy, Jr) and Kaye Owens Merrett (Jeff); her stepchildren, Ronnie Lee (Kathi), Glenda O'Connor (Tony), Angie Oswald (Jim), Kim Plant (Claude) and Kevin Lee; and her grandchildren, Wyatt Wood, Beckham Scruggs, Katlyn Scruggs, Nathan Scruggs, Taegan Merrett, Halston Merrett and Saxon Merrett. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
