He was predeceased by: his parents, Trudy Owens and Delaney Owens; and his siblings, Audrey, David, Ruby, Doris, Mildred, Milton, Frances, Willard and Betty.
He is survived by: his friend Bull; his wife Betty; his children, Hal Owens (Marianne) and Lisa Owens; his grandchildren, Leigh Ann Brown (Dennis) and Leslie Jordan (Tory); and his great grandchildren, Camryn Brown and Chase Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family will be accepting flowers or donations can be made to one of Bull's favorite charities, The Butler County Cattleman's Association Scholarship Fund.
