He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Boutwell Cassady; his daughter Ramona Gravely; his parents, James Calvin and Nellie O. Cassady; and his siblings, James Cassady, Pete Cassady and Nell Cassady Heartsill.
He is survived by: his children, Greta Overstreet (Spec) and Henry Neal Cassady, Jr.; his grandchildren, Chasity Green, Chad Gravely (Peyton), Shelby, Abby, Harley and John Henry Overstreet; his great grandchildren, MaKaylah Green, Olivia and Leah Gravely; and his brother-in-law Wayne Boutwell (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
