He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Devan Harvell and Nora Louise "Pete" Dumas Harvell; and his sister Judith Gail Harvell. He is survived by: his son Michael Harvell (Dedra); his grandchildren, Michaela of Gray, Georgia, Skielar of Gray, Georgia and Kristian of Gray, Georgia; his daughter Laura Harvell of Montgomery; his sister Susie Winters (Sam) of Greenville, Alabama; his nephew Emory Winters (Becky); his great-nieces, Charlotte and Nora; his great-nephew Samuel of Huntsville, Alabama; his niece Amy Bohannon (Jacob); and his great-nephew James Lewis Bohannon of Prattville, Alabama.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Instead of flowers, Glenn would hope that all of his friends and family would do an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for someone in need.
