We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ernest Stabler Jr. of Greenville, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. E. V. Stabler Sr. and Annie Acker Stabler; his brother Dr. Paul A. Stabler; and his children, E. Vernon Stabler III and Molly Ayer Stabler.

He is survived by: his wife Judy B. Stabler; his sisters, Shannon Linden and Annie Hunter Galloway; his children, Margaret Hunter Cantey (Jack), Kathleen Stabler, Angela Atchison (David), Amy Boutwell Halford (Jerry) and Christopher Boutwell; and his grandchildren, Andrew Atchison, Adam Atchison, Catherine Ann Boutwell, Margaret Cantey, Mollie Boutwell, Abigail Atchison, Madeline Newton and Jack Cantey, III.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First United Methodist Church in memory of Dr. Stabler.
