She is survived by: her husband Michael Boutwell; her children, Amanda Bice (Wayne Worley) of Prattville, Angela Bice (William Blackmon) of Honoraville, Crystal Heartsill (Henry Heartsill, Jr.) of Fort Deposit and Eddie Bice (Lynn) of Luverne, Alabama; her grandchildren, Emily Heartsill, JP Bedford, Anthony and Joseph Blackmon; and her siblings, Dena Vickers of Greenville, Alabama, Ruth Luckie of Greenville, Alabama and Ronald Hyatt (Angie) of Maryville, Tennessee..
