He was predeceased by: his parents, I. W. Bill and Mylan Eugenia Hickman Pouncey; his siblings, Donnie Pouncey, Gary Pouncey and Annie Marie Pouncey; his niece Tracy Pouncey; his nephew Trey Mills; his parents-in-law, Elizabeth Skipper Raybon, Willis Skipper and Guy Raybon; and his brother-in-law Aubrey Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pouncey; his children, Sandi Heartsill (Larry), Daryl Pouncey (Angie) and Anna Boutwell (Andy); his grandchildren, Larry Heartsill (Carmen), Steven Heartsill (Katie), Shelby Heartsill, Wyatt Heartsill, Tanner Pouncey (Brianna Jones) and Kayley Boutwell; his great grandchildren, Sam Heartsill, Harley Heartsill, Jason Heartsill and Archer Heartsill; his siblings, Danny Pouncey (Ida), David Pouncey, Susan Giddens (Danny) and Lyndon Pouncey (Ginger); and his sisters-in-law, Fan Pouncey, Margie Parker, Chloe Ann Morris and Mollie Pouncey.
Flowers will be accepted or donations to Spring Hill Baptist Church shoe box for kids in his honor.
