He was predeceased by: his wife Juliet Williamson; his daughter Joyce Smith Pierce; and his parents, Howard Williamson and Eunice Reeves Williamson. He is survived by: his children, Buddy Smith (Laurie), Danny Smith (Nita), Jimmy Smith (Annette), Rebecca Gafford and Debra Carpenter (Johnny); and his brothers, Grady Williamson and David Harper. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dunklin Funeral Home (812 W Commerce St, Greenville, AL 36037). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the Sunrise Memorial Park (3013 Mobile Rd, Greenville, AL 36037).
