It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Glenn McCarthy of Greenville, Alabama, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie McCarthy and Corine Hall McCarthy; and his siblings, Hazel Alexander, Judy Williamson, Sue Mobley, Phillip McCarthy and Elbert McCarthy.

He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Mitchell (James), Shirley Killough, Janice Counts and Robert McCarthy (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
