She was predeceased by: her husband Ruel Lee Sexton, Sr.; her parents, Hubert Ray Edwards and Oudia Carol Lowe Edwards; her sons, Ruel Lee Sexton, Jr. (Brenda) and Richard Ray Sexton; and her siblings, James H. Edwards, Charles R. Edwards, Samuel D. Edwards, Bobby L. Edwards and Julia F. Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Gerald Sexton (Carolyn), James Hubert Sampley, Charles Matthew Sexton (Christy), Wesley Todd Sexton (Kristi), Christopher David Sexton and Elizabeth Rachael Sexton; her sister Oudia Sipper (Davey); her grandchildren, Katlyn Brianne Sampley, Hunter Ethan Sexton, Anna Claire Sexton, Bailey Danielle Sexton, Dawson Elliott Sexton and Timber Lee Sexton; and her friend Donald Roy Turner. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
