She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale B. Mathews and Dianne Wesley Mathews; and her grandparents, Lawrence E. Wesley, Max B. and Winnie Caroll Mathews.

She is survived by: her aunt Carol Moorer (Bill); her cousins, Wesley Smith (Ashley), Nathan, William Moorer (Cindy), Phillip Bigley, Dianna Hugley, Donnie Wesley (Pat) and Teresa Foster; and her daughters, Patricia Smith (Cody) and Melissa Keener.
