He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence Hayes and Mary Cope Cook; and his siblings, Edward Hayes and Voncile Alburl. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hayes; his daughters, Heather Wade (John) and Katherine Lee (Quentin); his grandchildren, Katlyn, Sampley, Tyler Owens (Madison Ivey), Blake Wade (Tristian Oatman), Ashlyn Box (Tyler), Andrew Williams, Austin Williams and Paityn Lee; his great grandchildren, Karter, Blayke Wade, Aiden Box and Teighan Owens; and his sisters, Jula Pearl Stabler, Pat Faulk and Marie Strickland.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his honor to First Assembly of God in Greenville, AL.
