She is survived by: her children, Alvie C. Ainsworth, Josh Ainsworth, Melinda Ainsworth, Bernice Haskew and Wanda J. Worrells (Wayne); and her brothers, Jessie Barbarow and Richard Barbarow (Carolyn). She is also survived by her children, brothers, sisters and grandchildren.
