He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Winn and Mary Lou Winn; his wife Susan; and his brother Gary Winn. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Stephenson (Stuart), Ashley Winn and Robin Brooks (Andrew); his grandchildren, Hunter, Mason, Hayden Stephenson, Savannah Mills and Olivia Brooks; and his sister Jackie Moody.
