With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willie Burt of Greensboro, Alabama, who passed away on January 23, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Willie Burt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Burt and Maude Fulton Burt; and his daughters, Gwen Thompson Burt and Bethany Oden. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dotty" Corley Oden Burt; his children, Larry of Greensboro, Gary Burt of Greensboro, Martha Joyce Burt of Tuscaloosa and Amy Oden Simpson of Cumberland Gap, TN; and his grandchildren, Craig Varnado (Allysia) of Brandon, MS, Corley Kreiter and Sidney Simpson of Cumberland Gap.
Masking is required, and social distancing protocol will be observed at both locations.
