He was predeceased by: his father Richard McCugh; his daughter Allyson McCugh; and his brothers, Craig McCugh and Todd McCugh. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Hall McCugh; his wife Phyllis Hazelrig McCugh; his children, Aleia McCugh Hyche of Gardendale, AL and Jon McCugh of Gardendale; and his siblings, Shalita Clark of Trussville, AL, Richita Grace of Trussville, AL and Rex McCugh of Helena, AL.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Mt. Carmel Methodist Church.
