He is survived by: his wife Jan Horn Ryan; his sister Linda Ryan Kirk (Sherrill Neeland); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Kirk Luker, Angie Horn Stalnaker, John William Ryan, Jr., James Mitchell Ryan, Joshua Dean Ryan and Browder Horn; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Neeland Ryan Luker, David Perry Luker, Gage Horn, Jax Bentley Stalnaker, Haley Horn and Brittany Horn; his aunt Glenn Payne (Minnie Opal Ryan); and his brother-in-law Jim Horn (Donna).
