She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Curtis McCray; her parents, Ruby Clayton and Beulah Melba Nelson Lyles; and her sisters, Beulah Audrey Prentice and Mary Frances Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Rosa McCray Minehan (Dan) of La Plata, MD. and Michael Curtis McCray of Greensboro, AL.; her nephews, Larry McCray, Phil McCray, Steve Lewis, Kent McCray, Clark McCray, Mark McCray and Reginald McCray; and also, Crystal Lee, Tawanza Edwards and Rose Mary Green. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in her memory to Hospice of West Alabama, Greensboro Baptist Church, or St. Paul's Episcopal Church Book of Remembrance.
