She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Heflin Rogers and Stela Miller Rogers; her husband Edwin Warren Thigpen; and her brother Jimmy Frank Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Gary Alvin Bice (Debi), Betty Lynne Kirk (Lawrence) and Debbie Goldmew (Lynn). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
