She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Carr, Sr.; her children, Tonneka Ukhuegbe, Le'star Phillips, Mansonetta Short, Lance Short, Cord Short and Chazmine Short; her siblings, Darlene Short, Lisa Machell Short, Jeffery Dewayne Short, Larry Darnell Short and Frederick Short; and her parents, Weldon Short and Addie Ruth Short. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
