It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Al-Jeanne Suffern of Greensboro, Alabama, born in Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robeston Dixon and Nagatha Guy Dixon; her husband Douglas "Dougie" Suffern; and her siblings, Lorenthus (Tom), Willard, Elwood, Adolphus, Thaxton, Harris, Joel Dixon and Ruzie Suggs.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Suffern (Denise), Ruzie S. Bondurant (Billy) and Shayne Suffern (Rochelle); her grandchildren, Eric, Christian and Corey; and her cousin Claudette D. Brooks of Michigan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current national pandemic there will unfortunately be no funeral services.
