He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Elbert Vining and Bertie Louise Finch Vining; his brother Ronnie Vining; his grandparents, Thomas Vining (Viola Booth Vining), Dewey Finch and Dessie George Finch; his great-grandparent Addie Wright Vining; his siblings, Susan Vining Bush (Wayne) of Pell City, Don Vining (Donna) of Lakeview and Ross Vining (Tracy) of Green Pond; and his nieces and nephews, Miranda Vining Fides, Kevin Vining, Meghan Bush Clements, Lauren Bush Rich, Robin Vining, Wesley Vining, Abbie Clements and Bailey Clements.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers or memorials, for friends and family, when they have opportunity, to extend care for wildlife in some small way in Bill's memory.
