He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, Jessica Clark (Anthony) and Jamie Anderson (Josh); his grandchildren, Addisen, Brooklynn, Trenten, Braxton and Madison; his mother Frances Hill; and his brother Chris Hill (Sheila). He is also survived by many nephews, and a niece, great nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and many friends.
