He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fred Atchley and Nina Reather Jones Atchley; and his brother Charles Henry Atchley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Farmer Atchley; his children, Melany Candice Angell and Joshua Adam Atchley (Britni Bunnell Atchley); his grandchildren, Victoria Elizabeth Angell, Emelia Sutton Atchley, Edison Dale Atchley and Oliver Wade Atchley; and his siblings, Martha Atchley Cooper and James Raymond Atchley.
