He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Hoyt Gene Foster; his wife Barbara Jo Anderson Foster; his mother Sue Foster; his daughters, Felicia Foster (James Allen) and Elizabeth Foster; his grandchildren, Tevin Foster (Madison) and Gabriel Allen; and his brothers, Gary Bruce Foster (Giesla), Norman Dale Foster, Mike Foster (Glenda) and Bo Foster.
